Pesto Dip

This easy little recipe is always a huge hit with guests. It’s rich and pairs well with crudités as well as sturdy tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Basil Pesto
  • 1-3 tablespoons half and half

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients until well blended. I use a food processor to mix it, but a bowl and spoon work too. Add half and half a little at a time until the dip reaches a consistency you like.
