Easy Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

Least-effort-required method to cook spaghetti squash

Ingredients: 1 spaghetti squash

Directions: CAREFULLY stab the squash all over with a sharp tipped knife. Put squash on a rack in the instant pot over 1 cup water. Seal lid and cook on high pressure, 20 minutes. You can quick release the pressure or allow a natural pressure release. Carefully remove squash and allow to cool at least 30 minutes.

Cut cooked squash in half. Scoop out and discard seeds. Use a fork to scrape strands of spaghetti squash away from the sides of the outer skin.
