Boozy Pecan Snowball Cookies
Your new “signature” Christmas cookie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scant cup flour (115g)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (25g)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (2g)
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 tablespoon spiced dark rum
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients together to form a dough. Roll 1 teaspoon at a time into round balls and place them on a large cookie sheet.
Bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes. Gently roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
